Praise God for the release of an episode of the German true-crime podcast Mord auf Ex, sharing the powerful story of Willie Kimani, a former IJM lawyer who was abducted and murdered in 2016, and IJM’s work to seek justice in his case. The project includes a fundraiser and charity coffee to support IJM and highlights our partnership with Community Justice Centers in Kenya. Pray for wide reach, new supporters and greater impact protecting people from violence. |

Pray for Community Guides and Judicial Facilitators in Guatemala to serve with wisdom and compassion as IJM expands its Coordinated Community Response model. The team is training 26 local volunteers who will connect victims to justice and aftercare, and also training Judicial Facilitators who work with the Supreme Court to support victims with a trauma-informed approach. Praise God for opening doors to protect more women and children across Guatemala. |

Pray for training opportunities for hundreds of new Bonded Labor Protection Officers in one of the states where we work. These newly appointed officials will add work combatting labor trafficking to their existing expertise in law enforcement, social services and other government functions. Pray for open doors as IJM and our partners seek to train these leaders on bonded labor law and best practices we have learned in the last 25+ years. |

Praise God for justice in Cambodia as a fraudster who scammed 14 job seekers was sentenced to prison and ordered to repay victims. With IJM’s support, 11 victims filed complaints and won full compensation, including mental damages for some. Pray for continued protection for vulnerable workers and for healing for those affected by this scam. |
