Hello,

Hospitals and health systems play a vital role in supporting Americans living with diabetes — from diagnosing and managing the disease to treating emergencies and preventing complications. They’re often the only sites of care that provide around-the-clock access to the specialized care patients need, whenever they need it.

November is Diabetes Awareness Month – and the Coalition is recognizing the hospitals, doctors, and nurses who help millions of Americans live healthier, longer lives.

If you or someone you know’s life has been improved by hospital diabetes care, we want to hear from you, share your story with us today!
