California lawmakers passed AB 715 to fight antisemitism in schools with what seemed like clear, sensible standards. However, the surprisingly influential role of the California Faculty Association and its ethnic-studies agenda significantly diluted the law’s safeguards and shifted control of the curriculum to entrenched activist elements.
