Friend, just as Congress is wrapping up their first week back at work, I'm reaching out to let you know that our work in Albany never stopped.
Before I give you the details, my team and I are coming up on our first End of Month Fundraising Deadline since important elections across the state, and it's crucial that we keep that momentum up as I lay the groundwork for my next election.
With $3,072 to raise online, and an opportunity to have qualifying donations matched up to 12X, will you chip in just $5 today? [[link removed]]

Okay, Friend, let's dive into the new bill I just sponsored:
It's called the Stop Super Speeders Act, and it's the next step in making our streets safer.
This bill would require speed limiters to be installed in the cars of those who get 16+ speeding tickets in a year. That's just the worst 1% of drivers — serial speeders who ignore license suspensions and insurance hikes, leaving us no other choice. Data shows that those drivers cause 20% of the serious injuries and fatalities on our streets.
For the rest of us, it's pretty simple: If you don't want a speed limiter in your car, don't drive like an a**hole.
Seriously though, Friend, bills like these are really personal to me. My family lost a loved one to a traffic accident, and in my time as your State Senator, I've worked hard to make it so that our streets are safer for pedestrians, bike riders, drivers and everyone else.
And as someone who's tested the speed limiter device myself, I can say firsthand that it works and will save lives.
But this is just one piece of the work I'm doing. From making our streets safer to protecting us from Trump and harmful AI, I'm always fighting for our district in Albany.
And while I'm ready to continue, my team and I are working hard to build a strong grassroots coalition to lay the groundwork for a successful campaign in my next election.
Our End of Month Fundraising Deadline is coming up, and we know it's going to get lost in the noise with the holidays coming up. Can you help us get a head start on raising the $4,082 we need online by chipping in today? [[link removed]]
