Moms & Dads Have Had Enough

I was there, speaking against it, but they didn't listen: on Thursday, November 13, 2025 the Michigan State Board of Education voted 6-2 to adopt the disturbing “updated” Health Standards.

These new standards will influence curriculum with a distorted focus on sex and gender in public school Health classes and Sex-Ed classes.

Thank you to all of you who were vigilant in answering the call to fill out the State Board of Education's survey (close to 1,000 participants). Hundreds of you wrote emails to the Board members and attended the October and November board meetings.

Thank you for standing with us to oppose these new standards. This effort is not over. 
   

On Monday we had over 150 people - including moms, dads, grandparents, concerned citizens, clergy and legislators - register for our CTV Zoom call. We discussed "what's next".

It is very clear to me: we are on the cusp of something big. Make sure you are on our Education Activist Email List. We will keep you posted on ways you can help us inform and mobilize parents in local districts.

Things We are Tracking for You

It’s Gone National, Folks:  

Well, if the Michigan State Board of Education thought they could hide their foolish behavior, they have to think again.  

• The National Review did an article on what is transpiring
• FoxNews quoted Eileen
• Oversight Committee Chair State Representative Jay DeBoyer asked the interim Superintendent Dr. Sue Carnell how many genders there are and she provided the longest pause ever (but the video of her views are catching steam)
• American Family News also called us and are monitoring these developments

The nation now has eyes on what is happening in Michigan.

• The Michigan Legislators are irate about what is unfolding and working with us and others to explore what options can be pursued

• We are currently in need of two State Board of Education candidates to run to replace two of the progressive members  

Transgender Agenda is Exposed

We stand ready to be a voice on this topic when the opportunity arises. This disastrous agenda is full of lies and deceit. Continue to pray for the victims and that truth will be elevated and this agenda is stopped in our state.

• Michigan Highschool Volleyball team has a transgender player (they just lost in state quarterfinal) and the Michigan Republican Legislator women just pressed for some answers
• State Representative Luke Meerman continues to peel back the pieces of “gender affirming care” in his sub-committee. 

Pro-Life Efforts Continue

Proposal 3 won – but life still needs protecting: Did you know that with the passage of Proposal 3 in 2022 and other laws passed in 2023, all regulating and reporting on abortion was removed? 

Did you know that 46 other states require this reporting? So, why wouldn't Michiganders of any political party want this for the safety of our women?

I testified on House Bills 5201, 5202, 5203 in the House Health Policy Committee that would reinstate abortion reporting requirements. The bills will allow the state to confidentially collect information while maintaining strict patient confidentiality standards.   

It is vital to women’s health care that reporting of abortion statistics get reinstated to retain accurate abortion data, so the state can monitor patient safety and ensure policymakers make informed healthcare policy decisions. 

Good News for Michigan

Michigan is part of the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Watch the report on this ruling that just came down for free speech. It is a win for Michigan!
