They are the ones pressing both parties to cut waste, protect Social Security and Medicare, and make sure new ideas come with real plans, not just talking points. They know that if the numbers do not work on paper, the policy will not work in real life.
You would think that kind of honesty would be rewarded. But instead, special interests and the extremes on both sides are lining up against them. They think fiscal responsibility is a slogan, not a standard. They want rubber stamps, not independent voices.

We recruit, train, and support candidates who are willing to read every line of a bill, do the math, and tell the truth about what we can and cannot afford.
