John, here are three quick things you need to know about Colin Allred's Senate race here in Texas:

1. Ken Paxton is currently the front-runner in the GOP primary – a nominee Senate Republicans are desperately trying to avoid.

2. The Houston Chronicle reports that if Paxton becomes the nominee, Republicans “will have to spend big in Texas to hold the seat.”

3. Why? Because FOUR polls show Colin Allred beating Paxton – including the most recent one, which has him ahead by 2 points!

Colin can win this battleground race, but only if he has the resources to fight back against the millions Republican donors will dump into Texas. He can't do that without folks like you, John, stepping up to make their first donation today.

Republicans spent more than $135 million to defeat Colin last year, so meeting every grassroots fundraising goal is CRITICAL when you run a campaign like his, one that relies on grassroots donations – not corporate PAC checks.

Will you chip in $5, $25, or anything at all to help Colin reach his $50,000 goal by midnight, beat Ken Paxton or whoever emerges from the GOP primary, and flip Texas blue?

Thanks for being a part of this grassroots team.
