Big news: yesterday, we launched a new large-scale initiative for our “Love, Your Mind” campaign that brings together major sports leagues, top athletes, brands and media companies to inspire fans everywhere to prioritize their mental well-being.

We’ve also debuted new work from our “Tear the Paper Ceiling” campaign with Opportunity@Work to encourage employers to look beyond college degrees and embrace skills-first hiring practices. And we welcomed 33 industry leaders to our Board of Directors and look forward to the new ideas and expertise they will bring to our work.

Tapping into the unifying power of sports, we partnered with the Huntsman Mental Health Foundation and the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation to bring together major leagues, top athletes, brands and media companies for mental health. Together, we’re inspiring millions to prioritize their well-being through a series of “Love, Your Mind” creative assets and a brand-new resource hub. The creative, available in English and Spanish, features standout athletes like A’ja Wilson, Ali Truwit, Karl-Anthony Towns, Bijan Robinson, Paige Bueckers and more reminding fans that mental health matters just as much as physical health. The series, developed and amplified through a collaboration of three Stagwell agencies—72andSunny, Assembly Global and HUNTER—brings this message to life with energy and heart. The “Love, Your Mind” Playbook, a hub filled with practical tools and athlete stories, encourages open conversations and everyday actions to support mental health. Hiring is evolving fast, and employers are searching for better ways to find strong talent. LinkedIn data shows that they are far more successful—60% more—when they take a skills-first approach. In the latest creative from our award-winning “Tear the Paper Ceiling” campaign, we partnered with Opportunity@Work to urge employers to embrace skills-first hiring practices and consider the millions of workers Skilled Through Alternate Routes (STARs), rather than a bachelor’s degree from college. Developed pro bono by creative agency Ogilvy and directed by filmmaker and STAR Loris Russier, the creative highlights workers whose experience comes from apprenticeships, certifications and on-the-job training. Watch the inspiring creative today!
