James Carville here. I’m not gonna waste your time with political mumbo-jumbo. But let me tell you something: Kentucky’s about to surprise the hell out of our country now that we’ve got a Democrat who can actually win.
His name’s Dale Romans, and if you haven’t heard of him yet, you will soon. He’s not some slick-talking career politician; He’s a horse trainer who’s won the Preakness, the Travers — hell, he’s won more races than most folks have even entered for crying out loud!!
Now, Dale’s running his biggest race yet, for the U.S. Senate. I haven’t been this excited in YEARS!
He’s an independent Democrat who’s not looking to make headlines. He’s looking to shovel up the bulls**t and actually fix what’s broken. That’s a rare breed these days, and if you’ve got any sense of how politics works like I do, you’d know this is the guy who can actually win in Kentucky.

I’ve seen a lot of races in my time – different types of races than Dale, but I’m telling you: this one’s winnable if we help him get out of the gate strong.
Dale’s got deep Kentucky roots, a working-class story, and he’s talking straight to folks who’ve felt ignored by both parties. I know the goods when I see them, and he’s got ‘em.
But here’s the deal: the other side’s gonna have more money than a Vegas casino on fight night. Every fat cat, dark money PAC, and out-of-state lobbyist is gonna pile in. They’ll hurl everything they’ve got at Dale — kitchen sink, refrigerator, and maybe the plumbing, too — trying to make him into something he’s not.
We can’t let that nonsense stick.
So, let’s give Dale the fuel he needs to show the country that Democrats can still win where folks (not me!) said we couldn’t. Pitch in $10, $25, $50, or whatever you’ve got, and let’s make some history in Kentucky.
