Demand Justice just ran a full-page ad calling out a national outrage that
Senators in Washington hoped you wouldn’t notice: 27 of President Trump’s
judicial nominees refused to acknowledge that Joe Biden won the 2020
election or that January 6 was an attack on our Capitol.
And 15 Senate Democrats still voted to confirm these nominees — Coons,
Durbin, Fetterman, Hassan, Heinrich, Kaine, Kelly, King, Klobuchar,
Peters, Reed, Schiff, Shaheen, Welch, and Whitehouse.
Let’s be clear: when judges can’t even be forthright about the peaceful
transfer of power, they have no business on the bench. And when Democratic
Senators wave them through anyway, that’s complicity — not leadership.
This ad is how we turn up the heat. It’s how we force Senate Democrats to
stop rubber-stamping Trumpism and start defending our courts before it’s
too late. But taking on corruption in the courts and a complacent Senate
