It’s Raul.

After seeing the results come in from Election Night earlier this month, I know we all felt a sense of accomplishment that our messages about the importance of health care and affordability are resonating across the country.

But as excited as I am about what we accomplished on Election Day, there are some very concerning signs here in California’s 25th District:

* Trump gained ground in 2024, with three counties flipping red.
* Support among Latino men dropped, shifting significantly to the right.
* Turnout in the 2025 Prop 50 election in our district was low — very low.

The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) has taken notice, and they’ve already started hitting me with misleading attacks.

CA-25 is one of Republicans’ top pick-up opportunities here in California, and we’re already getting a taste of what they’re prepared to throw at me to win. That’s why I’m DOUBLING our goal for this month. Will you chip in $10 to help me defend this critical district? ]

Even with our recent momentum nationwide, we can’t afford to get complacent here in CA-25. This district is truly up for grabs — and Republicans know it.

The NRCC is feeling the pressure to protect Republicans’ slim majority, and they’ll pour everything they have into flipping this seat.

That means more attack ads, more outside money, and more misinformation aimed at dividing us.

I need your help to make sure we’re ready for the fights ahead. Every donation — no matter the size — helps us build the organization, the outreach, and the defense we’ll need to protect this seat and keep fighting for our shared values.

Will you chip in $10, $25, or even $50 today to help us prepare for 2026 and defend California’s 25th District? [[link removed]]

Thank you for standing with me — and for believing in what we can achieve together.

With gratitude,

Raul

The son of hardworking farmworkers, Dr. Ruiz grew up in Coachella, CA and learned at an early age that the key to attaining the American Dream is hard work and a great education. In the summer of 1990, Raul walked in the desert heat from business to business in the Coachella Valley asking them to invest in their community by contributing to his education. With each investment for college, he made a promise to come back home and serve his community as a physician. In 2012, he decided to take his service to the community to the next level by running for Congress. Dr. Ruiz needs our help to continue fighting for us in Congress.
