After completing free online courses through Hillsdale College, students submit essays reflecting on their biggest takeaways and how they would protect freedom.

We don’t just hand out scholarships. We reward knowledge. Passion. Conviction. Students learn about our Constitution, our founding principles, and what it will take to preserve liberty in their lifetime.

And as President Reagan said:

“Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same…”

He was right. And today, our children are being robbed of their inheritance.

Slowly but surely, our nation's schools stopped teaching about our country's great heritage and instead are pumping out ideologies that denigrate it.

It is clear that ideology is overtaking facts, history, and truth. Some people even seem bent on destroying our past and creating a new history divorced from reality.
