The decision was written by Trump-appointed Judge Jeffrey V. Brown, recommended to the bench in 2019 by none other than Cruz himself, and, boy, is MAGA pissed. Ya love to hate to see it!

The DOJ now has 30 days to comply. Just how heavily redacted the files will be remains to be seen, and while we have exactly zero faith that Pam Bondi will be forthcoming or transparent, we cannot wait to see where this goes next.
