I'm reaching out because our Take Back the Gavel Fund is closing soon. Our earliest and strongest chance to put a real check on the Trump administration is by winning back the U.S. House in 2026. But that mission depends on us starting early, organizing early, and investing early — which is exactly what this fund allows us to do.

When 2025 began, we knew the road to a Democratic House majority would require early action and aggressive strategy. That's why EMILYs List immediately put 46 House Republican districts "On Notice" as top recruitment targets — we moved fast and started building the infrastructure to win.

Since then, we've endorsed 26 women (and counting!) who will be the driving force behind flipping the House. That includes supporting strong incumbents, like Emilia Sykes in Ohio's 13th Congressional District, and backing  challengers in some of the most competitive districts in the country, including Jasmeet Bains in California's 22nd Congressional District, and Denise Powell in Nebraska's 2nd Congressional District. These women are stepping up to run in some of the toughest, most important races of the cycle, and EMILYs List is right there with them.

If I were a Republican sitting in a battleground seat right now, I would be terrified.
