Marjorie Taylor Greene, MAGA diehard, anti-semitic Q-Anon conspiracy theorist, believer in government weather machines, and…voice of resistance?

The inevitable MAGA Schism has been forming for some time now. The question wasn’t IF, but WHEN, the most perceptive (or opportunistic) Republicans would take notice.

Well, it appears that day has come.

I’m not going to make any big predictions about what’s next, but as any history buff knows, authoritarians don't fall until their own believers start to turn against them.

To be clear, I’m not hailing MTG as some kind of hero. Her motives are self-serving. But breaking with Trump was an important (and revealing) choice.

There’s good fodder for hope here: In a win for transparency and justice, the Epstein files will be released. Trump is afraid. He’s at 37% approval in a new CNN poll. That's why he’s commanding his minions to rig next year’s midterms.

We can’t give him time to regroup. We have to keep increasing the pressure.

My fellow House Democrats and I need the public’s help to keep Trump on the back foot so we can win back control of Congress and address climate change, cost of living, health care, national security, infrastructure, and a million other important issues in 2026 and beyond. Can I count on your $25 contribution to help solidify a lead over my pro-Trump opponent here in IL-06 and keep this district BLUE?
