For over three years, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette workers have been on strike.

Friend,

For over three years, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette workers have been on strike.

Last week, they finally won their case when the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals ordered the Post-Gazette to repeal more than five years of worker rights violations and to compensate the workers who were affected by those violations.

I know how important unions are, and that's why I’ve been proud to stand with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette workers while they’ve fought for better benefits and pay. This is a huge victory for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette workers, union members, and workers’ rights, and it serves as evidence that people power is a force to be reckoned with.

I will always stand with unions and workers fighting for better benefits, so now I’m asking you to stand with me. I want to continue my work in the State Senate, fighting for working families and the right to organize, but it will take every single one of us to continue delivering for our workers.
