Yesterday, I voted to release the Epstein files.
Proven by the emails released this month and the numerous reports that have come out over the past few months, it’s obvious that Donald Trump had a friendship with Jeffrey Epstein. We have seen photos, emails, birthday cards, and more that have shown the connection between our president and the prolific pedophile and sex trafficker.
Along with the rest of the country, I was horrified to see the relationship between Epstein and Trump, and now I’m fighting to get answers.
The American people deserve transparency. That’s why I voted in favor of releasing the files.
Yesterday, we also heard from the brave survivors of Epstein’s trafficking who have come forward. As we continue to learn more about this scandal, we must also advocate for survivors of sexual abuse and trafficking. While our fight for answers continues, these brave women deserve justice and protection.
