Kansas Republicans will say a lot of things to justify their schemes to kick me out of Congress. They’ll claim that their gerrymander will “protect our democracy.” Or that eliminating every Democrat from Kansas’ delegation will somehow “improve Kansas’ representation.”

All of us know they’re lying. They just think they can get away with it.

I want to share the real reasons why Kansas Republicans are so desperate to take me down. And when I’m done, I hope you’ll chip in $10 or whatever you can to make sure they don’t get the chance next year.

1. I’m the only Democrat representing Kansas in Washington. National Republicans genuinely believe that our state doesn’t deserve a single Democratic voice in Washington. That I’m somehow not a “true” Kansan if I ever stand up to Donald Trump. Well, I have news for them: I’m as Kansas as they come — and that’s why I’ve put Kansans over Trump time and time again.


2. I flipped a seat few believed could flip back in 2018… and National Republicans have been furious ever since. That’s why they’ve spent millions of dollars over the years to spread lie after lie against me and my record. Speaker Mike Johnson even personally wired money to my opponent last year!


3. I don’t take marching orders from anyone. We all know exactly what kind of representative National Republicans want to install in my place: A rubber stamp. Someone who will blindly follow in the footsteps of Donald Trump and GOP leadership, no matter how much it harms our state.

Listen, I’m the only person standing in the way of a red-washed Kansas. That means every Democrat across the state is counting on us. Please, if you’re with me, will you chip in whatever you can to make sure National Republicans don’t gain a foothold here in KS-03?
