Trump’s attacks on Alaska aren’t letting up, Friend. We need your help.

In recent days, his administration has finalized plans to allow drilling in the Western Arctic. They’re planning to hold a lease sale soon in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. And they’re considering approving thousands of miles of private roadways through Alaska’s old-growth forests.

LCV is campaigning to stop Trump’s selloff of Alaska’s public lands and waters to corporate polluters, but we rely on LCV members to make our campaigns happen. To go as big as necessary to protect public lands, we need your help.

Our teams are mobilizing in key states and congressional districts across the country with a simple demand: Keep public lands in public hands. We’re also building public pressure on members of Congress and campaigning to stop the Trump administration’s attempts to plunder Alaska’s public lands.

No one is in a better position to apply serious pressure on polluter-backed lawmakers than our movement. In recent weeks, our field teams were active in nine states, shaming members of Congress for voting to jack up energy prices and slash clean energy on behalf of Big Oil.

Our movement is making a real impact. Here’s just a quick look at what we’ve been up to:

  • Organizing more than 190 events to rally constituents to make their voices heard in their districts.
  • Delivering more than 10,600 signed petitions to ten congressional Republican offices.
  • Making 33,400 phone calls to constituents to get them to contact lawmakers and show up at in-state events.
  • Generating more than 40 media stories to help drive the national narrative about Trump’s dirty agenda to drive up costs and destroy clean energy.

We need your help to keep our campaign going. I hope you’ll pitch in today.

Thanks for being with us, Friend.
