We’re excited to invite you to an extended Lunch & Learn on Monday, November 24, hosted in partnership with the Virginia Housing Alliance (VHA).

This month’s session will run from 12:00 to 1:30 PM, giving us more time to hear from Del. Marcus Simon, Del. Adele McClure, and Sen. Kannan Srinivasan, along with VHA, as they share what they anticipate for housing in the 2026 General Assembly.

We’ll look at where there may be real movement next session, early signals on possible legislation, and how state officials and VHA are thinking about their housing priorities for the year ahead.
