Friend, The Supreme Court ruled that it would reject the call to overturn the decision that legalized same-sex marriage nationwide! This is a reminder that my marriage to my wife – and marriages like ours – deserve to be equal under the law. Our love is just as valid as any other, and today’s decision reaffirms that truth for millions of other couples. It’s moments like these that I reflect on when my wife and I said our vows. This ruling recognized that every same-sex couple has the choice if they want to make this commitment to each other, and I couldn’t be more excited for them. In Colorado, I helped defend that right by co-sponsoring the law officially repealing a provision in our state's constitution that stated marriage is only valid if it is between a man and a woman. 
But across the country, we’re seeing extremists who are denouncing this decision. I will always continue to celebrate all love and encourage everyone to live their lives as their truest selves. Join me in continuing to advocate for every Coloradan to live their lives to the fullest. – Brianna
