Dear John,

Thank you for using your voice to proclaim justice for the vulnerable women at the Shakopee Correctional Facility who are currently forced to share their facilities with men. Whether you attended our protest on Sunday or have helped spread the truth in your own community, you are making a difference.

As our Director of Public Policy Rebecca Delahunt shared at the protest, we will continue to urge our legislators to “reject public policy that prioritizes male manipulators over basic justice & safety for women.” You can watch Rebecca’s full remarks here.

Minnesota Family Council has, at times, been the only voice at our Capitol on this issue. It shouldn’t be controversial for our state to protect the basic safety of all women, no matter where they are, especially vulnerable women.

Will you continue to stand with Rebecca and the rest of our team to defend these women from this barbaric injustice?

Support our work

Thank you for your consideration. I'm excited to keep you informed of other ways we are taking action at our Capitol, in our courts, and culture to defend the most vulnerable. You'll be hearing more about Rebecca's crucial work in the next few days!

Standing for justice for women,

Grace Lawrence
