Folks, it’s Jon.
I completely understand how you might be feeling right now.
The fear.
The apprehension.
Donald Trump is weaponizing the entire federal government as a political instrument. And he’s staging a power grab unprecedented in our nation’s history.
But, Friend, we do not have the luxury of despair.
We can’t sit back and doomscroll. Or wait in vain for some charismatic savior to swoop in and save us.
We need to stay focused on what is in our control:
As we look ahead to the midterms, I think about the generational obligation we have to win.
We cannot lose faith in our ability as citizens to use our Constitutional rights to shape this country's future. To save our Republic. And that starts right now.
I am going to work like hell to win next year and restore checks and balances on this administration. But my race in Georgia is likely to be the most expensive U.S. Senate race in history. I cannot win it alone.
In 2021, we rallied together and proved the pundits wrong to secure this seat in Georgia — and the Democratic Senate majority with it. Now we are facing a race just as critical. Can I count on you to chip in $10, or whatever you are able, to ensure we are able to WIN decisively next year?
