Friend,
70% of Americans believe climate change is a serious problem and agree that protecting our air, water, lands, and climate is important, but too often we don't talk about it because we're nervous about how others will react.1
With the holiday season approaching, many of us will be gathering with family, friends, and neighbors. Some of us will be gearing up for hard conversations with people who don’t agree with us on politics at all. Others might be thinking about ways to get family and friends more involved if they are on the same page, but haven’t taken action yet.
No matter where your friends and family are on the political spectrum, you have a critical role to play. That’s because WE are the most effective communicators to the people we know. We’re more trusted, more persuasive, more relatable than any news story or organization.
That's why we're going to do something a little different for this month’s virtual Action Hour. Join us for our Holiday Action Hour on Wednesday, Nov. 20 to learn how to spark these conversations and why it is one of the most powerful ways to grow the movement.

- Inspire more people to get involved in protecting our future
These interactive meetings take place virtually, so you can join from wherever you live or work alongside hundreds of other Sierra Club advocates.
