Defend Our Courts assembled a nationwide coalition to protect the highest court in the most important swing state from MAGA’s plot to keep Trump in power past 2028. 

As if to acknowledge the truth of our message about the stakes in the race, Trump just issued pardons to Rudy Giuliani and 76 other senior aides, lawyers, and consultants that planned and carried out the attempted 2020 coup to keep him in office.



It’s no exaggeration to say that together we saved Pennsylvania—and perhaps the nation—from the clutches of MAGA for the foreseeable future.
