Across Philadelphia, residents have said again and again that illegal dumping is a major problem. Trash in our neighborhoods creates unsafe living conditions, attracts pests, and pollutes our waters. 

That’s why we’re teaming up with our partner at PennFuture to address the ongoing epidemic of illegal dumping that plagues many of the city’s most underserved neighborhoods.
