John, it’s Elaine Luria and Zoe Lofgren said I could reach out.
Chutzpah — is a Yiddish term that means guts or courage.
In 1906, my great-grandfather left his home in Poland, made the long journey through Europe and across the Atlantic, and landed in Jasper, Alabama.
That took some serious chutzpah.
My great-grandfather believed so strongly in the promise of America – a place where he could be Jewish without fear, where he could forge his own path – that he left his whole world behind.
That promise came true for him. He built a life, a family, and a proud community.
That’s what sets America apart, John. Here, anyone with a little chutzpah is free to be whoever they want to be, do whatever they want to do, and achieve more than they ever dreamed.
In 1997, I joined the Navy to defend those freedoms.
In 2018, I ran for Congress to expand them.
In 2020, I won re-election to continue that work, making our nation free, safe, and prosperous.
In 2022, I served on the January 6th Committee because our Constitutional freedoms were threatened.
In 2026, I’m running for Congress again, because our current representative either can’t or won’t protect them.
The fact is that Coastal Virginia is in crisis. Our community’s been hit hard by this president’s failed agenda. It’s time for action.
Flipping Virginia’s Second District won’t be easy. Dark money groups and super PACs are watching closely, trying to see if we’re strong enough to pose a real threat. This will be one of the toughest fights of the 2026 election cycle.
Luckily, chutzpah runs in my family. I’m not afraid of a little mishigas. And with you behind me, I’m ready to be the unapologetic champion Virginia families need.
Will you become a Founding Donor by splitting a donation of $25 or more between my campaign and Zoe Lofgren to help me win this battleground race and restore America’s promise for ALL?
