FPC’s reply argues the lower court decision upholding the ban makes a mockery of the 2A’s text, history, & purposes, making it irreconcilable with the Heller & Bruen decisions.

“It’s time for the Court to settle the AR-15 question once and for all,” said FPC President Brandon Combs of FPC’s case.
