John–

The House Appropriations Committee has once again pushed forward a federal spending bill with the Hyde amendment, banning abortion coverage for people struggling to make ends meet.

For more than 40 years, the Hyde Amendment has disproportionately denied Black, Indigenous, and people of color the right to decide when and how to start their families. It is long past time for Congress to put an end to abortion coverage bans, once and for all. Tell your House Representative to support the following measures: <[link removed]>

- If introduced, support a floor amendment to the federal spending bill to remove the Hyde Amendment and ensure abortion care is accessible and affordable to all.

- Co-sponsor the EACH Woman Act – a bold piece of legislation that lifts abortion bans by ending the Hyde Amendment for good and ensures that all people have abortion coverage no matter their insurance type or income.

SEND A MESSAGE TO MY HOUSE REPRESENTATIVE <[link removed]>

Congress shows us their priorities by how they spend their money –the federal budget shouldn’t deny access to abortion care just because someone is struggling to make ends meet. Our members of Congress must do more.

Send a message today and ask your House Rep. to support the EACH Woman Act and any efforts to remove Hyde language from the current federal spending bill. <[link removed]>

Thanks for all you do,
