John, healthcare is a personal issue for everyone.

We all know someone who has received a debilitating bill after an emergency visit to the doctor or had to make sacrifices to afford medication ourselves. The broken system we are living under impacts all of us.

I have reported on the failures of the healthcare system for years, and one resounding message has stuck with me: when you get sick, medical coverage can save your life.

But Rep. Scott Perry voted to cut Medicaid, all to give tax breaks to his wealthy donors.

Instead of tackling the healthcare crisis head-on like I plan to, he continues to allow premiums to rise by refusing to renew ACA tax credits.

His allies want to let A.I. determine whether or not Medicare will cover procedures ordered by your doctor.

I deeply understand all the ways our system is failing us and I will make fixing it a priority when you send me to Congress. Because no matter the insurance you are on, under Perry's policies, we all lose.

He has made his stance clear: tax cuts for billionaire donors come before access to affordable healthcare for our friends and family.
