On Tuesday, Pennsylvanians voted to retain Justices Donohue, Dougherty, and Wecht. This is a significant win for our party and our state, as these justices will continue to stand for the rule of law, instead of bowing to the will of the Trump administration.

This is nothing short of a true victory for Pennsylvania. These justices will work to defend our rights in the Commonwealth, defending the rule of law, safeguarding our elections, and protecting our Constitutional freedoms.

Billionaires tried to buy our courts, pouring in money to confuse voters, but Pennsylvanians saw right through it. Right here in the birthplace of democracy, we defeated the right-wing agenda and proved that Pennsylvania will always stand up for freedoms.
