We did it.

Because of you — your energy, your organizing, your votes — California made history this week and passed Proposition 50.

You stood up against Donald Trump’s election-rigging scheme and proved that when democracy is under attack, Californians fight back. From this campaign suddenly emerging in August to the final ballot returned, our grassroots movement showed the country what people-powered democracy looks like.

This victory wasn’t just about California. It was about protecting every voter’s voice and defending our democracy across all 50 states.

But our work doesn’t stop here.

Now that we have passed Prop 50, we begin our next mission together: To flip the U.S. House and restore Democratic control in Washington.

Passing Prop 50 was never going to be the finish line. It is the starting point — a moment that launches our mission to take back the House of Representatives and restore balance and decency in Washington.

Now that Californians have put voters, not MAGA politicians, in the driver’s seat of our democracy, we now look to 2026. We must channel the same energy, commitment, and unity that fueled this campaign into organizing to win back the U.S. House Majority. Every conversation, every dollar, and every new volunteer will help us flip the seats we need to secure a Democratic majority and protect the progress we’ve made.
