2026 minimum-wage poster
Minnesota law requires employers to provide some notices to their employees and requires certain posters to be displayed in a location where employees can easily see them.
The notices and posters are available at no cost on the Workplace notices and posters webpage [ [link removed] ] and need to be updated only when Minnesota law changes.
New minimum-wage rates and the state's Paid Leave program begin Jan. 1, 2026. The updated minimum-wage poster and new Paid Leave posters are each available in five languages.

On Oct. 27, DLI Commissioner Nicole Blissenbach (left) and Officer of Higher Education Commissioner Denis Olson (second from left) visited manufacturing and engineering company Aagard in Alexandria, Minnesota, to recognize Manufacturing Month. Attendees toured the facility, hosted a discussion with business and agency partners about workforce training and resources and met with participants of local dual-training programs. MNOSHA fatality, serious-injury investigation summaries online
Each month, Minnesota OSHA (MNOSHA) Compliance publishes current, updated summaries of its fatality investigations and serious-injury investigations.
For the federal-fiscal-year that began Oct. 1, 2025, MNOSHA has investigated three fatalities through Oct. 29.
The information provided about each investigation is: the inspection number, date of incident and worksite city; the type of business and number of employees; a description of the event; and the outcome of the MNOSHA Compliance investigation.
