Tonight, the polls close in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court retention election. Losing this court means Democrats would never win PA again. This is why Defend Our Courts has knocked 100k+ doors, texted and mailed over a million PA voters, and run one of the largest TV and digital ad programs in this race.

We have one last chance to influence the outcome of this life or death race. Turnout is lagging in Philly, and the voter file shows there are 38,000 high propensity Democratic voters (folks who’ve never missed an off-year election) who have yet to vote today.

Although we have almost entirely emptied our campaign war chest, we are not going to let that stop us from getting these voters to the polls.
