Feedback Session Scheduled for Alcohol-Related Rulemaking Regarding Contract Kitchens for Breweries
As part of the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) rulemaking to implement Engrossed House Bill 1602, LCB is holding an online feedback session.
The session will cover:
- Draft rules for discussion
- Next steps
This session is open to all interested parties. Those who are not able to attend and want to provide input can send written feedback to [email protected].

During these online sessions please keep the following in mind:
- The session may be recorded. Recordings are subject to public disclosure. Recordings help ensure we collect all feedback and that those who can't attend can view the sessions when they are available.
- The Teams chat feature will be on. Questions written in the chat will be saved in the rulemaking file and are subject to public disclosure.
- Questions and comments in the sessions' chat may not be responded to in real time but will be addressed at the end of the session, as time allows.
