Polls are now open across Virginia and Fairfax County for the November 4 General Election. After months of intense campaigning, it's time to head to your designated polling location before 7:00 PM to cast your ballot for Abigail Spanberger, Ghazala Hashmi, Jay Jones, and your Delegate. Please vote YES for the School Bond. Let's send a strong message to Virginia and America that Democrats keep America moving forward!

In Richmond . . .
✅ A Governor Abigail Spanberger will lower drug costs, expand access to healthcare, and ensure price transparency;
✅ A Lieutenant Governor Ghazala Hashmi will f ight to fund public education, support educators, and ensure access to higher education;
✅ An Attorney General Jay Jones will j oin lawsuits and sue to stop unconstitutional Trump administration policies.
✅ A Democratic House Majority will provide the crucial second vote for three constitutional amendments. If passed a second time in the 2026 General Session the amendments will go before the voters next November.
* Provides that every individual has the fundamental right to reproductive freedom and that such right shall not be, directly or indirectly, denied, burdened, or infringed upon. ( HJ1 [[link removed]] , Del. Charniele Herring )
* Automatically reinstates the right to vote — and other political rights to those who have been released from incarceration for felony convictions. ( HJ2 [[link removed]] , Del. Elizabeth Bennett-Parker )
* Repeals the constitutional provision defining marriage as only a union between one man and one woman as well as the related provisions that are no longer valid as a result of the United States Supreme Court decision in Obergefell v. Hodges , 576 U.S. 644 (2015). The amendment provides that the right to marry is a fundamental right inherent in the liberty of persons and prohibits the Commonwealth and its political subdivisions from denying the issuance of a marriage license to two parties contemplating a lawful marriage on the basis of the sex, gender, or race of such parties.
