It has officially hit the fan for Democrats in the beyond critical 2025 Pennsylvania Supreme Court Election. 

This election has been defined by MAGA spending tens of millions on a disinformation campaign aimed at deceiving Democratic voters into voting for the GOP ballot option.

Outreach to Democrats and Independents who requested mail ballots has revealed a catastrophic problem. MAGA’s disinformation is yielding massive dividends. 

Thousands of voters who completed their ballots early are telling us that they fell for it — they voted no (the GOP ballot choice) because of the dirty tricks campaign cooked up by the GOP and their billionaire backers. 



Democrats losing this race would be catastrophic and means that MAGA can implement an extreme abortion ban, redraw the PA congressional map, and rig the 2026 midterms and 2028 Presidential where Trump plans to seek a third term.

We won't truly know how many of our own voters were duped until election day, but clearly MAGA’s disinformation is confusing Democratic and Independent voters at a potentially decisive rate. We need to act now to mitigate the damage that has been done. 

Since party affiliation will not appear on the ballot, a supporter has helped us come up with an old world solution to solving this problem. We are urging voters to write the names of the judges to vote yes for on their wrists before they go to the polls.
