Working Families Party

John,

Earlier this year, Trump and Texas Republicans redrew congressional maps to give themselves five extra seats before voters even had a say.

It was a blatant power grab designed to tilt the next Congress in their favor. And it’s not just a problem for Texas. When one state rigs its congressional map, it affects every election across the country — every bill that passes, every right we fight for.

That’s why this Tuesday, Californians are being asked to vote YES on Proposition 50, the Election Rigging Response Act.

If approved, Prop 50 would redraw California’s congressional map to create five new districts where working people have a fair chance to elect representatives who actually represent them — and nullify the election‑rigging power grab by Texas Republicans that was designed to steal seats before voters even cast a ballot.

But we can’t win this fight without you, John. Tonight and tomorrow, California Working Families Party is hosting national phone banks to turn out the vote for Prop 50. In just one volunteer shift, you could reach hundreds of Californians and help protect democracy nationwide.

RSVP: YES on Prop 50 Phone bank

This isn’t just about lines on a map, John.

It’s about protecting voting rights, defending reproductive freedom, and building a government that works for working families — not billionaires, extremists, or politicians trying to rig the system.

What Californians do tomorrow will affect the entire country. This election is expected to be close, and we can’t leave it to chance.

That’s why we need your help, John, wherever you live. Join one of our phone banks to make sure California voters know what’s at stake. Every conversation could be the difference in securing the margin we need to win.

RSVP: YES on Prop 50 Phone bank

In solidarity,

Working Families Party
