The Minnesota Department of Revenue has updated forms and instructions to help you calculate nonconformity adjustments relating to the 2025 Federal Tax and Budget Reconciliation Bill (H.R. 1) that was passed in July.

Drafts of our near final 2024 Minnesota individual and business income tax forms are now available on our website. Final forms will be posted in mid-November.
