Hi- Election Day is just TWO days away. That means we have just two days left to secure victories for Gun Sense Champions across the country—like Abigail Spanberger, a Moms Demand Action volunteer running for Governor of Virginia against an NRA-endorsed, MAGA extremist who opposes common-sense gun safety legislation. The stakes couldn't be higher. The gun lobby is pouring money into races across the country and up and down the ballot to elect extremists who will dismantle lifesaving laws and block progress on gun safety. But we can fight back.
The upcoming elections could give us a first glimpse of what it will take to secure gun safety victories next year. We need to be able to show up where it matters most, like at statehouses to demand lawmakers pass common-sense gun laws or in local communities across the country to help build our grassroots army, to show the gun lobby that we're not going to give up our gun safety progress so easily.
