There’s a lot at stake in this race. Proposition 50, or the Election Rigging Response Act, is a ballot measure that gives California voters the chance to decide whether to temporarily redraw their congressional districts ahead of the midterms—helping to counter extreme gerrymandering by Republicans in states like Texas, Missouri, and North Carolina.
This election isn’t just about one state—it’s about protecting our democracy nationwide and keeping the path open for Democrats to flip the House in 2026. That’s why the next 48 hours are so important.
Every conversation with a voter between now and Tuesday can be the difference between someone planning to vote and someone who actually votes. Every hour a volunteer makes calls can help shift voters from intention to action—and help keep the House within reach.
