John,

I’m fired up by the movement we’re building here in Wake County, and I’m excited to share more about our campaign for District Attorney.

But first, will you make a contribution today to keep us running strong? [[link removed]]

We officially kicked off!

Just a few weeks ago, we had over 150 friends and supporters join us in Raleigh to kick off our campaign for Wake County District Attorney. The crowd was energetic, and it meant the world to have so many people cheering me on from Day One.

Since then, we’ve been talking about the real challenges our community faces.

Right now, Wake County’s District Attorney’s office has less than half the number of prosecutors compared to Mecklenburg County — even as our population keeps growing. That means victims are waiting years for justice, and our prosecutors are stretched too thin to keep up.

As your next District Attorney, I’ll fight to double the size of our DA’s office, support law enforcement, and make sure justice is delivered fairly and efficiently — because everyone in Wake County deserves to feel safe and protected.

Standing with Governor Roy Cooper

We also had the honor of welcoming Governor Roy Cooper to our home in Cary this month. His leadership and integrity continue to inspire me, and our shared message was clear: Democrats up and down the ballot must work together to move North Carolina forward.

On the Campaign Trail

My team and I have been connecting with members of the community; knocking on doors, making phone calls, and getting out the vote for some key local officials on the ballot this week.

And perhaps most fun of all, my wife Caroline and our kids carved some pumpkins ahead of Halloween. Nothing brings the community together more than a fun holiday, and our kids had a blast trick-or-treating this year.

What’s Next

Change starts with us — and every person makes a real difference, including you, John.

I’m proud of the momentum we’re building, but we still have a long road ahead. As we build up this campaign, here are some steps you can take to support our work:

✅ Donate [[link removed]]
✅ Host a house party [[link removed]]
✅ Put up a lawn sign in your community [[link removed]]
✅ Knock doors & spread the word [[link removed]]

No matter how you choose to get involved, I can’t tell you how grateful I am for your support.

Let’s do this!
