I’m glad I could catch you around your Halloween plans.

Tonight marks our October end-of-month fundraising deadline.

We haven’t been fundraising much during Trump’s shutdown of the government, and at the moment, we’re hoping to make a late splash to keep our operation funded. Will you rush in a donation before midnight to help us meet this monthly benchmark?

I’ll be spending my evening passing out candy – and maybe I’ll meet (and sway) a few voters at my doorstep!

Right now, the scariest thing isn’t a ghoul or a goblin, but Republicans’ complete disregard for the Constitution and the people they’re sworn to serve.

Thankfully, all is not lost – not by a long shot. Even with all of their disregard for law and our health and well-being, Democrats are continuing to fight. And the coming midterm is our chance to undo their worst actions and give people a reason to hope again.

We are in our final quarterly fundraising period before the election year, so the money we raise now will be instrumental in starting 2026 with momentum.
