Happy Halloween!

The scariest thing going into this weekend aren’t the ghosts or ghouls we will see trick-or-treating, but the terrifying possibility of Donald Trump and the GOP continuing to trample our freedoms, our healthcare, and our democracy. That's why we're working day and night to get out the vote for Yes on Prop 50.

Gov. Newsom and California Strong Democrats refused to stand by when President Trump began his plot to rig next year’s Midterms before voting even begins. Trump ordered Texas to redraw their maps to eliminate Democratic districts because Republicans “deserved” more seats.

And Gov. Newsom knew that Donald Trump wouldn’t stop there. As we speak, red states across the country are working to eliminate more blue seats to make it nearly impossible for Democrats to flip the U.S. House. They know they can’t win on their record, so they’re rigging the game.

Now, we are going into the final days before the special election for Prop 50 that will keep voters, not MAGA politicians, in charge of our democracy. Everything is on the line next Tuesday, not just for Californians, but ALL Americans.

The California Democratic Party is working day and night to help pass Prop 50 on November 4th because we know this may be our last chance to put a check on Donald Trump’s unrelenting abuses of power.
