The Nebraska Department of Revenue has posted the following new forms to the Nebraska Department of Revenue’s website:


* Kratom Product Registration [ [link removed] ]
* Kratom Product Manufacturer’s Certification Payment Voucher [ [link removed] ]

Applications to add products to the Kratom Directory are now being accepted. The Department of Revenue will begin enforcement of the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (LB 230) on January 1, 2026. Effective January 1, 2026, it will be unlawful to sell kratom products which are not listed on the Nebraska Kratom Products Directory.
