It’s Halloween and while the candy’s great, there’s nothing sweeter than democracy in action.
With just 4 days left until Election Day, every small action adds up in a big way. There’s a lot of noise out there, but we’re staying focused on what we can control — helping shape the outcome next Tuesday. Whether you’re in Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or helping from afar, your effort matters.
Here are three ways to make an impact today (training is provided for all events):
🗳 ACTION 1: Vote YES to Retain Pro-Democracy Judges in Pennsylvania, Nov 2, 3pm - 5pm EDT — Join our partners at Red2Blue to help call Pennsylvania voters ahead of Election Day. A quick reminder to make a voting plan or return a ballot can make all the difference this weekend.
🗳 ACTION 2: Get Out The Vote New Jersey Phone Bank, Nov 1, 12pm EDT — Join the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice to connect with voters and share what’s on the ballot. Help make sure they know how, when, and where to cast their vote before polls close.
🗳 ACTION 3: Double Your Impact — Two States, One Phone Bank, Saturday, Nov 1 — Join SURJ to help elect community-first candidates. Local elections decide the direction of our states and with early voting turnout surging, now’s the time to give one final push!
