Friend — Trump’s Department of the Interior has announced plans to recklessly push ahead with oil and gas leasing on all 1.56 million acres along the Coastal Plain of the Arctic Refuge.

This land is the beating heart of the Arctic. Drilling in this region would devastate one of the last intact ecosystems on the planet — lands where polar bears den, caribou roam, and millions of migratory birds nest each year.
