This Halloween, we’re surrounded by ghosts, goblins, and plenty of scary scenes. But for many women across Florida, there’s nothing scarier than leaving Florida Republicans in charge of women's healthcare. 

Not only did they enact an extreme and dangerous 6-week abortion ban, but they spent millions to defeat the constitutional amendment to restore our right to choose.

Floridians deserve leaders who trust women, respect doctors, and protect access to essential reproductive healthcare, including abortion. But under the Florida GOP, that isn’t our reality. 

That’s why Ruth’s List is dedicated to training, recruiting, and electing Democratic pro-choice women to office — because it’s the only way we can build a future where no woman has to plead for life-saving care.
