I’m not letting the GOP’s inability to govern get in the way of the work you elected me to do. I remain committed to holding the Trump Administration accountable, combating climate change, expanding affordable health care, and lowering costs for San Diego families – but with the GOP dead-set on expanding its House majority next year, all future progress is at risk.
