Notice of a Special Meeting for the State Loan and Investment Board

A special meeting of the State Loan and Investment Board (SLIB) will be held Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. to consider Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF and DWSRF) loan applications, Transportation Enterprise Account (TEA) Grant applications, and State investment matters. 

The meeting will convene in the Capitol Complex Auditorium and via web conference, and is open to the public. The Auditorium is located on the lower level of the Capitol Complex and can be accessed via the Herschler building at 122 W 25th Street in Cheyenne. If you are attending online and have business before the Board or wish to provide comment on any matter at the meeting, please register for the meeting here. Additionally, the meeting will be live-streamed on the Office of State Lands and Investments' YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/@wy_osli for the public to view.

Notice for Executive Session

This notice is intended to inform the public and media that an Executive Session will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, by the State Loan and Investment Board. The meeting will convene at 8:00 a.m. in the Capitol Complex Auditorium in the Capitol Extension. The items for discussion in the Executive Session will be limited to appropriate items, as described within Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 16-4-405.
